How UBTECH’s Humanoid Robots Are Reshaping Global Classrooms

UBTECH (HK 9880), a global leader in AI education, introduced a wide range of integrated solutions for K-12, vocational, and higher education at BETT 2025. The highlight was Tien Kung, a pure electric drive humanoid robot that can walk and run like a human.

Tien Kung and new research programs

UBTECH unveiled Tien Kung, the world’s first full-size humanoid robot powered by electric drives. It features whole-body cooperative control, allowing it to move in a human-like way.

Tien Kung is also open-sourced, so universities and research institutions can tailor it for experiments, advanced AI research, and robotics innovation.

UBTECH has launched new research programs for higher education, combining Tien Kung with Yanshee, UGOT, CreaBot, and Cruzr. This program aims to strengthen AI and robotics research, application development, and talent cultivation.

Comprehensive AI education for K-12

To support K-12 education, UBTECH provides a complete AI ecosystem, including curriculum, hardware, software, training, competitions, assessments, and a teaching management platform. This end-to-end approach helps schools integrate AI learning smoothly.
