Luminance, a trailblazer in Legal-Grade™ AI, has successfully secured $75 million in its Series C funding round.
The recent infusion boosts its total funding over the past year to an impressive $115 million.
This round was notably oversubscribed and spearheaded by Point72 Private Investments, alongside contributions from Forestay Capital, RPS Ventures, and Schroders Capital. Returning investors such as March Capital, National Grid Partners, and Slaughter and May also played significant roles.
Luminance is revolutionizing how businesses interact with contracts through its advanced AI system, dubbed the “Panel of Judges.” This innovative approach is designed to streamline processes from contract creation to negotiation and beyond. The company boasts a strong customer base, including industry giants like AMD and Lamborghini, spanning more than 70 countries.

The recent funding round will enable Luminance to enhance innovation and scale operations globally.
The investment will particularly accelerate growth in the U.S., where the company already earns 40% of its revenue.
Plans include significant hiring and the establishment of new offices in key regions like APAC and Europe, as well as expanding the company’s AI capabilities into adjacent areas such as procurement and compliance.
