Runnr.ai, a fast-growing AI-driven guest communication platform for the hospitality industry, has secured an additional $2 million in funding. This extension round was led by Arches Capital, bringing Runnr.ai’s total funding to date to $2 million. The new investment aims to accelerate the company’s mission of enhancing guest experiences and streamlining operations through AI-powered automation.
The funding will enable Runnr.ai to further expand across Europe, focusing initially on the Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. The company plans to strengthen its position as a key player in AI-driven guest communication solutions for hotels and holiday accommodations.
The hospitality industry is increasingly turning to AI solutions to improve efficiency and enhance guest experiences. By 2031, AI software for hospitality is projected to become a $70 billion market. Hotels and holiday parks often struggle with managing guest interactions while maximizing revenue opportunities. Runnr.ai addresses this challenge by automating guest messaging, upselling, and service requests with deep hospitality software integrations.
