Pinkfish AI has raised $7.6 million in pre-seed funding, signaling strong investor confidence in its Generative Automation platform. Led by Norwest Venture Partners, the round also included Storm Ventures and several angel investors. The capital will fuel the company’s push to make automation more accessible across enterprises, removing the need for specialized coding skills.
As part of the funding, Norwest Partner Scott Beechuk will join the company’s board, bringing strategic guidance and industry expertise. This investment comes at a time when businesses increasingly seek AI-powered solutions to streamline operations and eliminate repetitive tasks.

Additionally, the company will grow its engineering and customer success teams to ensure enterprises can quickly adopt and scale automation. This aligns with a broader industry shift, as AI-driven automation is expected to grow from $5 billion to $47 billion by 2030.
Founded in 2024, Pinkfish AI is led by CEO Charanya Kannan and CPTO Ben Rigby, both former executives at Talkdesk, where they helped scale the company to a $10 billion valuation. Their deep expertise in AI and enterprise automation positions Pinkfish as a key player in the evolving market.
The company’s Generative Automation platform integrates with 200+ enterprise tools, supports browser automation, and leverages large language models (LLMs) for intelligent workflows. It allows businesses to streamline processes in IT, operations, and service organizations without relying on coding teams.
