Passionfroot wants companies to buy from voices people already trust, not just from ads. The B2B software platform, built for creator led growth, was founded in 2022 by Jen Phan and Lorenzo De Nobili. Their idea rests on a simple shift in behavior: buyers now listen to independent creators more than they listen to traditional advertising. That change in trust is the bet behind the company's entire business.
Marketing budgets have been drifting toward creators for years, and that drift has picked up speed. According to Research and Markets, the global creator economy is projected to grow from roughly $323 billion in 2026 to more than $820 billion by 2030, a 26.2% annual growth rate. Software companies are competing harder than ever for attention, especially now that AI tools make it easier for anyone to launch a similar product. That pressure is part of why creators, who already hold an audience's trust, have become useful to brands trying to stand out.
Passionfroot has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Insight Partners. Existing investors Creandum, Supernode Global, and s16vc also took part. The company did not share its valuation. Over the past year, revenue grew 13 times while the business stayed profitable, a combination that is hard to pull off with a team of only 15 people.
Passionfroot is not built for lifestyle influencers or everyday consumer brands. It focuses on software companies, what the company describes as "the hardest customers in software." Its client roster includes ElevenLabs, Figma, Replit, Framer, and Gamma, companies that treat creator partnerships as a real part of how they reach buyers, not as an afterthought.
The thinking behind the investment points to a wider shift in how software gets sold. As AI makes it simpler to copy a product, the harder problem becomes getting noticed and earning trust in a crowded market.
"AI-native companies are bringing a consumer playbook to B2B go-to-market. More and more, they're scaling through creators their audiences already trust, and as generative engines reshape search, authentic user-generated content is becoming increasingly valuable. Passionfroot built the infrastructure for this shift: a platform that runs the entire creator campaign workflow end-to-end, with a data layer that gets smarter with every campaign. We're thrilled to partner with Passionfroot as they define the category."

The company wants to put the money toward its AI agent, Zest, so it can take on more of the work involved in running a creator campaign. Passionfroot also plans to expand the Creator Graph, its dataset built from thousands of past campaigns, which it uses to estimate creator pricing and predict campaign performance.
Part of the funding is set aside for growth in the United States. Co-founder and CEO Jen Phan is moving to New York to lead that effort. Product and engineering teams will remain in Berlin. The company is also opening a third office, in São Paulo, focused on customer success and engineering, and it is hiring across all three cities.
Passionfroot calls itself the first AI-native platform built for B2B creator-led growth. In simple terms, the platform manages the entire process of working with a creator: finding the right person, negotiating and signing the deal, running the campaign, and sending payment through a built-in system called the Passionfroot Wallet. The point is to cut out the manual back and forth that normally slows this kind of marketing down.
Zest, the company's AI agent, sits at the middle of that process, handling everything from the first brief to the final payment. Passionfroot says the company itself runs on AI as much as its product does, which it credits for letting a team of 15 people support more than 150 business clients and thousands of creators.
"We're entering the era of the B2B creator economy, and it's moving faster than anyone expected. The more AI floods the world with content, the more the trusted human voices - the domain experts and tastemakers people actually listen to - matter. Our job is to make reaching them as measurable and scalable as paid search became fifteen years ago."

Insight Partners led the round. The firm manages more than $90 billion in assets and has previously invested in companies including Anthropic, Shopify, and Wiz. Creandum, Supernode Global, and s16vc, all investors from earlier funding, also joined this round.
Passionfroot was founded in 2022. By the time this round closed, the company had already built a base of more than 150 business clients.
