Exaforce has raised $75 million in Series A funding to accelerate development of its Agentic SOC Platform, a new AI-powered approach to security and operations. The round was led by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield, with additional support from Thomvest Ventures and Touring Capital.
The funding will support the company’s efforts to scale its platform, which integrates AI agents—dubbed “Exabots”—with real-time data exploration to drastically reduce manual work in Security Operations Centers (SOCs).
SOC teams face rising pressure from a surge of alerts, most of which are false positives, and the ongoing shortage of skilled security professionals. Analysts are bogged down by tasks like log analysis and ticket triage, while detection engineers often face gaps in coverage and a lack of reliable automation for cloud environments.
Traditional tools have failed to keep pace with these demands.
“We believe Exaforce’s multi-model approach is unique in the industry and will dramatically reduce the false positives and investigation times we experience in our cloud and SaaS environments.”
Pranay Anand, Vice President at NTT Data
Exaforce’s platform is designed to reduce the burden on human analysts by automating repetitive tasks and improving detection accuracy. The fresh capital will support product development, customer onboarding, and expansion into new markets. The company is already working with more than 10 design partners across industries including technology, energy, and manufacturing.
“Our vision is to empower SOC teams with an intelligent platform that allows humans to collaborate seamlessly with AI agents. By harnessing Exabots alongside advanced data exploration, we reduce false positives and eliminate tedious busywork—all while giving humans the flexibility to choose where they want to be hands-on.”
Ankur Singla, Co-founder and CEO of Exaforce
Founded by seasoned leaders with deep expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity, Exaforce brings together experience from companies like Google, F5, and Palo Alto Networks. The team includes executives who have built large-scale security services for global banks and social networks, and who have designed and deployed advanced AI systems used across the industry.
Their shared background gives them firsthand insight into the limitations of traditional SOC tools—and a clear sense of what’s needed to solve them.
Unlike systems that rely solely on large language models (LLMs), Exaforce’s multi-model approach combines semantic, behavioral, statistical, and knowledge models to extract meaningful insights from raw data. This layered structure ensures more reliable decision-making and minimizes the risk of AI hallucinations or blind spots.
This architecture allows for comprehensive reasoning across large datasets, making it more effective than solutions based solely on LLMs. The result is improved consistency and speed in identifying and responding to threats.
Mayfield backed Exaforce from the earliest days of ideation, marking its third collaboration with founder Ankur Singla.
“What excites us is how Exaforce is reimagining the massive opportunity of developing AI teammates to offload complex tasks that help humans increase productivity and efficacy.”
Navin Chaddha, Managing Partner at Mayfield
Other backers include Khosla Ventures, known for supporting bold ideas in tech and AI, and Thomvest Ventures, which has a track record in enterprise and cybersecurity investing.
