COEPTIS, a leader in biotechnology and artificial intelligence, announced the successful closure of its Series A Preferred Offering, securing an additional $5.7 million and bringing the total to $10 million.

Led by CJC Investment Trust and supported by board member Christopher Calise, the round highlights strong investor confidence in COEPTIS' innovative healthcare strategies.

Advancing biopharmaceuticals through AI integration

The proceeds are designated for enhancing the company's balance sheet, repaying debts, and supporting overall corporate activities.

The additional funds will also accelerate the integration of advanced AI solutions and automation technologies, improving both research and operational efficiency across COEPTIS.

The incorporation of AI technology from the recent acquisition of the NexGenAI Affiliates Network platform is set to revolutionize their approach to marketing and operations.

How the funding will be used

COEPTIS is dedicated to developing cell therapy platforms for cancer, autoimmune, and infectious diseases.

Their efforts are bolstered by assets licensed from Deverra Therapeutics, including a cutting-edge cellular immunotherapy platform and DVX201, a clinical-stage natural killer cell therapy.

In collaboration with VyGen-Bio and top medical researchers at the Karolinska Institute, COEPTIS is pushing the boundaries of biopharmaceutical technology.

The company has also recently set up a Technology Division focused on enhancing operational capabilities through AI-powered marketing software and robotic process automation tools acquired from NexGenAI Solutions Group. Based in Wexford, PA, COEPTIS remains committed to meeting FDA regulatory standards and ensuring high compliance and patient care.
