Bria has secured $40 million in its Series B funding round, pushing its total raised capital to $65 million. This latest investment was led by Red Dot Capital, with participation from Maor Investment, Entrée Capital, GFT Ventures, Intel Capital, and In-Venture.
Although the exact valuation has not been shared, the significant funding reflects a growing trust in Bria’s approach to developing fair and transparent AI systems. By licensing all source data, Bria aims to address common concerns about intellectual property, privacy, and compensation in the AI world.
AI systems often face criticism for lacking respect toward content creators, which sometimes results in copyright or privacy disputes. Bria stands out by ensuring every piece of data used to train its models is licensed—meaning artists and data owners retain clear, trackable rights to their contributions. This model also helps enterprises adopt generative AI without fearing legal repercussions.
"Since its inception, Bria's mission has been to bridge the accountability gap between organizations and Gen AI through transparency, accessibility, and control. While our patented attribution technology has instilled trust in AI systems, facilitating responsible, controlled access to coveted IP content will change the game. Enterprises can use our source code and API platform to integrate visual generative AI inside their products and access previously untouchable premium branded content. By broadening our attribution offering to all types of content, including music, video, and text, we are helping to usher in a truly sustainable creative economy."
Dr. Yair Adato, Bria Founder and CEO
With fresh capital in hand, Bria plans to widen its focus beyond images to music, video, and text generation. This expansion will leverage the company’s patented attribution system across multiple content types, aiming to reduce adoption barriers in different enterprise settings.
In addition, Bria will use part of the funding to grow its network of alliances, offering more integrations for AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, ComfyUI, Fal.AI, and other AI-build platforms. The company hopes these partnerships will simplify on-brand content creation at scale, helping businesses customize their AI solutions for diverse needs.
Bria was founded by Dr. Yair Adato and a team of AI experts with a mission to streamline visual content generation in a responsible way. The platform is built on 100% licensed data, sourced from over 30 partners—including Getty Images, Envato, Alamy, Freepix, and Depositphoto—to ensure copyright and privacy standards are met.
Beyond data licensing, Bria’s approach includes a “Spotify-inspired” compensation framework that automatically rewards contributors based on how their work influences the final AI output. Recognized as an AWS Design Partner of the Year, Bria also partners with major tech companies like Nvidia, Microsoft, and AWS, tailoring its solutions for industries such as media, gaming, entertainment, retail, and marketing.
For developers, Bria provides options for deeper customization—offering source code, weights, fine-tuning APIs, and specialized tools like ControlNets, LoRAs, and LCMs. These options give businesses more control over how the AI performs, whether they need a quick fix or advanced customization to maintain brand consistency and meet privacy or regulatory requirements.
Apart from Red Dot Capital, the Series B garnered support from Maor Investment, Entrée Capital, GFT Ventures, Intel Capital, and In-Venture.
“The potential of generative AI in the enterprise space—where efficiency and creativity drive ROI—is immense. Bria is redefining how enterprises create and personalize visual content at scale with its enterprise-grade platform, designed for control, predictability, and modularity. Bria is setting a new standard in AI-driven content generation. We are excited to support their journey as they help bring Gen AI to more organizations in a risk-free manner, how and where they want, while pioneering an innovative business model that keeps content creators compensated and incentivized.”
